Description
The Carrère estate was created in 1860 and covered an area of 900 hectares. Its sugar factory ceased its activities at the end of the 19th century, and the buildings were converted into a starchwork around 1913. After the Second World War, the former sugar factory was completely abandoned, but there are still a few traces, including a chimney restored, a shed and annexes surrounding the main house.
