Description

This castle dates from the 15th century and has an enclosure as well as turrets. It was modified in the 16th century with the addition of an entrance chatelet called dungeon. In one of the corners of the enclosure, there is a square building with a door decorated with a skull resting on two tibias, representing the chapel. The Colombier was also built in the 16th century. The house has undergone transformations, but only its facade can be dated from the 16th century, with a polygonal turret which once served as a staircase. The facade overlooking the park was renovated at the beginning of the 19th century. The outbuildings, including a stable stable and a discount with hutches, also date from the beginning of the 19th century. As a whole, this area well illustrates a typical 16th century manor, including the dovecote and the chapel.
