This manor dating from the 17th century is mentioned in a document of 1699 under the name of the Maison de la Fontaine, belonging with its outbuildings to the Sieur de Crec'h Guégan. It is a rectangular building, with a tower to the north. The front, carefully harmonized facade reflects a French influence. In 1981, he was acquired by a German lawyer, who completely renovated him.
