Description
The castle underwent many modifications in the 19th century, while retaining certain old vestiges. His chapel, dating from 1582, is a rare example of religious architecture of this period in the region. It is a building with a flat bedside and an exposed frame, backed by a round tower, probably much older, which was shaved during the Revolution, and which was a rest of the old defense system surrounding the castle. A way to the round which extends perpendicular to the northwest facade of the castle, ends with a square tower dating from the Middle Ages. The southeast facade was completely renovated in the 19th century, but at its southern angle, it retains a medieval round tower, and to the northeast, a square tower whose masonry also seems old. The north-west facade appears to go back to the 16th century and includes the round way as well as a square tower located in the center.
