Toulouse : Magnier and Jean-Burnet hotel

This hotel consists of three different buildings in terms of origin and construction. The first element, of Gothic style, has a rear body surmounted by false bin and a row of slots, as well as gargoyles. Its construction was carried out by Pierre Dahus between 1474 and 1482, and narrow Renaissance windows were added later. A second building, lower and dating from the beginning of the Renaissance (1515-1528), was then raised by two floors, with the old height indicated by a few bricks behind. The arrangements of the first building were preserved, including the tower and the stone staircase with Gothic moldings. This section was carried out by the lawyer Béringuier-Maynier. In 1547, Jean Burnet acquired the Maynier hotel and quickly completed the construction by adding a front body connecting the two wings from the courtyard to the street. This part consists of seven windows decorated with carved caryatids. A portico with marked boxes with boxes connects the two wings.
