Description

The first reference to a stately home at this place dates from 1337. In 1450, the noble house was reinforced. From the structure erected in the 15th century around a courtyard, it remains the main building adjacent to the northern wall, the two cylindrical towers which overlooked it, endowed with many loopholes, the ditch, as well as a few sections of the surrounding walls. Qualified as poor condition in 1716, the castle was then renovated over the following centuries. The facade overlooking the courtyard is redone and most of the openings are modified. The other constructions of the courtyard are demolished to give a view of the countryside from the castle.
