Description
This small building, which symbolizes the rural heritage, is a typical example of this kind of construction which was once essential to the life of the villages. This oven is particularly notable for its interest in ethnology. It is accessed by a carved stone door. Inside, along the walls, basalt plates are used as preparation tables. The bottom of the oven is coated with volcanic lava. The keystone is decorated with a lava dome with a diameter of a ninety meter.
