"This villa was built in 1925 by the architects of Nantes, Georges Vachon and Adrien Grave, who also finished the interior decorations, for the Countess Suzanne Lanoue. It is a villa with a regular plane, of Italian style (with a roof terrace) and with a decoration that combines elements of the Louis XVI, art deco," Chinese "and Breton.
