Description
The site occupies a square surface of approximately 30 meters on each side, with a height of approximately 1.20 meters. The majority of the tumulus that houses ruins has remained intact. Only a portion of this tumulus, which currently covers these vestiges, has been excavated. It is difficult to precisely determine the nature of the construction. Although the discovery of several pieces, a door, and soils in clay and mortar can indicate the presence of a Gallo-Roman villa, the find of an altar and a statue of a stylized woman also suggests a place of worship.
