Description

The greenhouse is made up of a large central pavilion of square shape with a slightly rounded roof and four slopes, accompanied by two symmetrical, lower wings, with flat -broken arc roofs and with rounded ends. The structure, which has no welding, is fully removable and assembled thanks to metal screws. The hundreds of windows are flat, and the curvature effects come from their layout. Designed by the company Maury and Stoekel, the greenhouse was presented during the 1900 Universal Exhibition, where it would have won the first prize for ironwork and art locksmith.
