Description
One of the four swimming pools designed by the architect and engineer Lucien Pollet between 1929 and 1934. The establishment located rue Pailleron (1934) fits into the pool development project for the workers' districts of the capital. It is built in reinforced concrete and brick, with a neat pre-corps, and has a central basin surrounded by two floors of cabins (like the Pontoise swimming pool). Its integration into the urban landscape is successful: a large space around the swimming pool highlights its architecture that is both simple and functional.
