This building, built at the beginning of the 17th century, has a facade decorated between 1929 and 1931 by the Italian mason Adigheri for the foul-trainer Facchetti. This unique and charming decor uses the Sgraffito technique, which consists in scratching cement to create shades of shades and bright pastilles. The scarcity of this technique in France has led to the protection of the facade.
