Beschreibung
The radio transmitter was built in 1935 for a private station belonging to the French Radioelectric company, which had been based in Lyon since 1927. Designed by the Lyonnais architect Gabriel Deveraux, the transmitter is characterized by a temple -shaped building, created to avoid an overly industrial aspect. The building has two levels: the ground floor houses groups of converters for the continuous current, while the floor is intended for offices, a studio and the control room.
