The Abbey of Uzerche received the church and the village from Arbert de Chavanon and his wife. In shape in a Latin cross with a flat bedside, this building is the result of the transformation of an older church in the 15th century, the western end of the nave and the portal were preserved. A restoration of the church took place in 1623 and the top of the bell tower was added in 1895.
