Description
Bogar is the home of the eponymous family, whose roots date back to the 13th century. At the beginning of the 17th century, the property was transmitted to Le Metayer, then to the Noue, a family renowned for having had a continuous line of advisers in Parliament. The castle consists of a pavilion to the south, which is a vestige of constructions dating from the end of the 16th century, as well as a main 18th century building. The oldest dependencies date back to 1656. In the east, we can still see the forms and alleys of a garden with a romantic design, created at the beginning of the 19th century.
