Built in the second half of the 18th century by the Châteaubriand uncle, this building is a country house of rectangular shape, with three floors. The facades, supported by two large chimneys at the top of the gables, have a classic architecture. Inside, the original layout was altered by partitions added to the 19th century. The writer's room is always preserved there.
