Description
A first temple was built in 1650, then destroyed in June 1662 in royal order. In 1839, faced with the important influx of the faithful that the pastors can no longer welcome, it was decided to create a new section to bring together the Protestants of the villages of Calmette, Dions and La Rouvière. In 1844, a request for the construction of a temple was made, the offices then holding outdoors or in sheepfolds. The building is octagonal in shape with a neo-classical facade. The entrance porch is framed by two columns and dates from 1846. The bell tower was built in 1866.
