Description
This religious college was established in 1457 by Cardinal Pierre de Foix, who was a legate of the Pope. He could accommodate 25 students specializing in law, canon law and theology. It was closed in 1790, and in 1817, its buildings were bought to found the congregation of the sisters of Notre-Dame de la compassion. The arrangement of buildings is made around a rectangular courtyard. The parts of the ground floor of the dungeon were used for services, while the first floor housed the library and the second floor was reserved for the prelate apartment.
