Most of the castle dates back to the 13th and 14th century, with modifications made in the 17th century. This preserved property of the medieval heritage of Toulouse is in a remarkable archaeological state. The walls, the joints, the coatings and the structures protected by masonry survived in their original state, thus illustrating the know-how under construction in the Toulouse region from the 13th to the 17th century.
