Description
In the Middle Ages, the fortified city consisted of bourgeois houses and popular housing, often in cob and wooden panels. You can find two adjoining houses with wooden sides on the Place de Lastic, opposite the church. These houses were built at the end of the 15th century and the beginning of the 16th century. The windows have bores and sculpted braces. The facade which overlooks the garden is made up of two open galleries, accessible by a staircase that connects them. There is also a chimney dating from the 17th century, decorated with a painted decor representing floral patterns.
