Description

The village prosperity during the 15th and 16th centuries was linked to the culture of pastel. A castle was erected in the 16th century. The wall decorations date from the 17th century and are inspired by an engraving by Jacques Callot dating from 1634. The castle underwent significant destruction around 1854.
