Description
Domaine and residence dating from the 19th century where the architect René Guichemerre settled after having studied in Paris. In 1960, he built a new house which became his office. It arranges the three hectare park, endowing it with great botanical diversity, including a palm driveway. On the death of the architect in 1988, the house and the park were transmitted to the city of Dax.
