Description
On a fortified site since the 13th century for the feudal families of Anjou, the riches of the royal officers of Château-Gontier (following the troubles of the wars of religion) allows the Heliaud family to build a castle in the first half of the 17th century. This castle, which has a large staircase and a pavilion, is then enlarged in the 18th century.
