Description
This castle, built in the 15th century, was erected on the site of a building dating from the 11th century. It is surrounded by a series of ramparts that end to the west with an arc door, surmounted by a hoof decor and cheach. Inside the walls, you can see a few sections of walls and vestiges of rooms, with twin doors and a place known as "Queen Anne". In the 16th century, the castle was accompanied by eight imposing towers. His dismantling seems to have taken place under Henri IV. In the 18th century, restoration or use of the still intact parts were carried out. A stone staircase, starting from a vaulted room, leads to the round way.
