Description
A granite carved cemetery cross, measuring five meters high. There is an altar in front of a pedestal. The base is square and it presents sculptures representing: the descent of the cross; Jesus in the tomb; the resurrection; and the descent into hell. The barrel is in a single octagonal block, decorated with garlands and curved leaves. At the base of the barrel, under pediments, appear: Sainte-Catherine d'Alexandrie with his wheel, Saint-Panterne (?), And two other saints. Inflamed hearts are visible at the base of the marquee. In the Four Failes at the top, Christ is crucified, flanked by Saint-Jean and the Virgin on one side; On the other, a Pietà surrounded by two people in prayer.
