Description
Built at the beginning of the 20th century by L. Bernard, an entrepreneur from Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, the Coutond Minoterie replaced an old grain mill. In 1919, it was managed by a certain crescent and closed its doors around 1984. Currently, it was used as a warehouse. The entire equipment has been completely dismantled. The building, which has three square floors with a floor of attic, is made of sandstone. The brick, used to enhance the regularity of the facades, constitutes a decorative element.
