Description
The rock has 29 panels with a total of 860 signs engraved according to a method called "naviform". These engravings are characterized by V -shaped forms or contours evoking a ship's shell, made by inciting the stone from top to bottom. This large Enveitg panel is essential in scientific discourse concerning the rock engravings of Cerdagne, especially for the Iberian period. This rock is unique because it made it possible to establish, for the first time, a protohistoric dating (ibère) for the naviform engravings and to prove that they had a meaning.
