Description
In 973, the monastery of Sainte-Marie de Ripoll obtained an alleu made up of houses, gardens, a mill and land. At the place where the disappeared "basilica" was, a new building was erected and consecrated in 1219. The current apse is all that remains of this second church, which was destroyed in favor of a more recent construction. This apse is semi-circular in shape and has an oven ass ceiling. In addition, on the right side of the nave, near the choir, there is an old chapel with a diagonal vault, which seems to date from the 14th century.
