Description
The old cemetery was between the church to the east, the ramparts to the south and various constructions in the west and north, all surrounded by a wall. This perimeter retains infeux surmounted by coats of arms or heraldic ornaments. In Villefranche, there is only an example of these infections, that of the Maison Lautié. At its base, there is a broken bow decorated with a sausage whose dish is oriented according to the bissector. This torus is highlighted by nets. A little higher in the same wall, a niche contains a statue of a character dressed in a large pleated clothing, standing on a slab with a Gothic inscription in two lines. At the bottom of the niche, we can see two badges.
