Description
This small passage probably served as access to houses or craftsmen's shops, whose trade symbols are carved on the key to the marble arc. This arc is semicircular and is slightly offset from the passage. It is followed by a rear vault which rests, on the left, on a brick pillar and, on the right, directly on the wall. The interior of the framing is chamfered. The key presents, in hollow, the date of 1569. The cartridge decorated with rolled patterns and scrolls displays a pair of scissors in relief, one with a wide blade and the other hollowed out, with the open branches serving as support for two birds facing.
