The stronghold of Calletot, which is part of the barony of Hallebosc, has been mentioned since 1164. In 1578, Michel de Baclair began the construction of the current castle, which was completed in the middle of the 17th century. The pigeonnier, of circular in shape, in brick and stone, dates back to this period. The castle was converted to prison during the revolution, then was restored in the first half of the 19th century.
