Description
A first building was started around 1890 by Lucien Lefort, but only the foundations were completed. The works were relaunched between 1913 and 1921-1922 by Pierre Chirol. The bell tower, scheduled for 1914, has never been built. The interior consists of a large unique space, with a spacious nave enlightened by a level of stained glass (blessed in 1922), which leads to a choir with a cul-de-bour-for-for-for-for-for-for-mood for a series of paintings by Paul-Hippolyte Flandrin illustrating the life of Saint-Antoine de Padoue. The building is built in brick and has an industrial style that harmonizes with its environment.
