Description
The Dominican sisters settled in Fréjus in 1639, followed in 1647 by the Bernardines. The convent dates from the middle of the 17th century, with the year 1681 registered on the Porte de la Chapelle. It was made up of conventual buildings of two floors plus a ground floor, organized around a cloister and the chapel located in the northwest. The interiors of the chapel were divided, and part of the cloister was destroyed to make way for a modern house.
