The house was established in 1770 thanks to the donations and alms of residents of Château-Larcher and Marnay, in order to help farmers in difficulty and sick workers. A six -step staircase leads to a terrace that forms the entrance to the house. On the ground floor, the main part opens with a door surrounded by a flat frame supporting a slightly curved lintel. Two side wings frame this main part.
