Description
The first structures of the Jesuits in Poitiers, including the old college and its chapel, were established at the beginning of the 17th century. In the 19th century, a religious rebirth took place with the construction of the Lycée des Feuillants, produced between 1858 and 1864 by the Reverend Father Tournesac, who was architect by profession and also designed the Gésù as well as the chapel of the Sisters of Providence.
