Description
The castle was erected at the end of the 15th century and was the property of the Cardinal Richelieu family. We can observe the remains of a wall of surrounding and towers which are connected to the main building. The tower houses several rooms with fireplaces. In the interior courtyard, there was a chapel, a staircase pavilion and a gallery (which was destroyed) connecting by a small door the vaulted room of the tower. To the right of the entrance to this tower, crows support defensive jaws. Opposite is the door richly decorated with the stairs.
