Description
The vicinity of the church, which was fortified in 1551, suggests that the strong house was built in the middle of the 16th century on older foundations and from materials from a dismantled fortress. It consists of a quadrangular building flanked by two towers. The main access is from the bottom of the staircase tower, where there is a door surmounted by a coat of arms. Arc windows in opposite doubles seem to date from the 17th century. The House Forte is built on a glacis organized in three terraces, flanked by two massive towers at the western and north angles.
