Cambridge : Iglesia de Santa María la Gran

El presbiterio se remonta a principios del siglo XIV. Work on the nave and aisles started in 1478 but was not finished until around 1520. The west tower construction began in 1491 and wasn't completed until 1606. Aisle galleries were added in 1735. The building underwent restoration by James Essex in 1766, followed by additional work in 1850-1851 by Gilbert Scott and further renovations by Anthony Salvin in 1857. The south porch was rebuilt in 1888, and there fueron algunas restauraciones en el siglo XX.
