The report building called "Les Chardons" was built in 1903 by the architect Charles Klein, near a street which was opened in 1891. This Art Nouveau style construction is made of reinforced concrete according to the Hennebique system, and its facade, which won a prize during a competition organized by the city of Paris in 1903, is entirely covered with yellow ocher ceramics and by the company of Émile Müller in IVRY-PORT.
