Description
The convent was established in Cognac in 1612, followed by the construction of the chapel around 1635. Only the right aisle was kept. The entire building was entirely rebuilt between 1893 and 1894. The old elements that remain are the well, the three spans of arguments and the wrought iron staircase ramp dating from the 18th century. The well, dating from the beginning of the 17th century, is surmounted by a stone -shaped stone roof, supported by four Doric columns. The three warhead vaults are based on renaissance -style suits with projection. The Gothic arc was added in 1894.
