Description
The Louis XIII staircase, located in a small courtyard, is built around a nucleus made up of four columns connected by arches in the semicircular or in arc. It serves two levels. The bearings are supported by arcs which extend from one wall to another in the courtyard. At each level, these bearings advance slightly at their ends in the shape of a quarter round to access two doors on each side. The protruding parts thus created are maintained by consoles. The balusters have a square shape.
