Description
This library was built in 1923 during the period of reconstruction of the city. We notice the imposing development of its facade which highlights the main commercial crossroads of the city and symbolizes its prosperity. The whole presents symmetry and is distinct from the levels of dwellings, whose entries are distinguished by carved ornaments. The facades are similar on each side of the street. The materials used are reinforced concrete and brick, while the pine cones decor is in cement.
