The Rayol public staircase was designed by an architect whose name is not yet known, and it was built in 1925 during the development of the subdivision it serves, offering access to the beach. It is surrounded by small shale walls from the Moors massif and decorated with terracotta vases. These "flowery stairs" also include a reinforced concrete pergola supported by stone columns.
