Description
The vestiges of the house are among the rares that remain within their original framework, namely the sugar cane fields. Sucrerie is the only building still intact; Its structure, built with various materials, is maintained by a raw mortar and brick reinforcements. All that remains is the foundations of the main house. The channel and masonry columns of the cattle mill are always visible.
