Toulouse : Arnaud de Brucelles hotel

The Gothic style facade is built in wood, with intertwined sides in the shape of X, and the spaces between them are filled with bricks. In the courtyard of this house, there is a staircase tower and galleries with balusters. These galleries, which are in three levels corresponding to the upper floors of the building, are covered with vaults with boxes decorated with flagships. They connect the stairs to a second part of the building, which has large windows surrounded by fluted pilasters. The Renaissance Tower of Style, erected around 1532 by the Capitoul Arnaud de Brucelles, has a hexagonal shape with seven floors, finished by arcades imitating jaws and surmounted by a openwork stone balustrade. The door, adorned with the Capitoul coat of arms, is flanked by six windows above which stand up in relief statues which stand out on the bricks.
