Description
The wooden houses, which were numerous in the Middle Ages, disappeared either because of the fires or because they were replaced by more elegant constructions. This house was built at the end of the 16th century by Guillaume de Saint-Germain, which was Capitoul in 1589. The courtyard consists of three levels of galleries surrounded by wooden balustrades. Two staircases with straight silts, with balustrades similar to those of the galleries, are located in the corners, diagonally in the courtyard. The windows of the two traditional floors are decorated with columns. The upper frame rests on pilasters. The sculptures of the doors display the monogram of Christ in cartridges decorated with flagships.
