Description
The Saint-Laurent church, which dates from the end of the 13th or early 14th century, was restored in the years 1870-1880 to regain its original appearance. In the 20th century, it was equipped with art deco wrought iron furniture, such as a preaching pulpit and a baptismal font grid, created by Desbarax father and son in 1935. In addition, between 1938 and 1942, she received a series of paintings from René Gaston-Lagorre: in 1938, panels of the choir illustrating the Holy Trinity and the Sainte Family; In 1940, the martyrdom of Saint Laurent on the back of the facade wall; And in 1942, works above the lateral altars.
