Description
The building was built between 1702 and 1712 by Daviler, at the place where there was a temporary wooden church whose first stone was laid in 1666. It has a rectangular shape and consists of a single nave with chapels on the sides, a transept, a choir and a flat bedside. The junction of the transept is crowned with a dome supported by pendants. The facade is organized in three levels. The decor includes flat pilasters, their capitals and the arcs, as well as molded impostes and decorative frames on the panels. In 1869, a statue of the Virgin was added on the bell tower.
