Description
The church was fully built in the 12th century. It consists of two sections of nave covered with cradle vaults, followed by a span whose vault in dome supports the bell tower. The choir is circular in shape with a cul-de-four vault, decorated inside by a series of arcatures held by small columns with sculpted capitals representing symbolic figures. In the 15th century, a large stately chapel was added to the north side of the choir. The bell tower, meanwhile, remained unfinished or was destroyed.
