Description
The church has a Romanesque style and, it is likely that it was endowed with a frame from its construction, because there are no signs of vaulting. The walls and windows seem to belong to the 12th century. The only sculpted decorations are on the capitals at the four corners of the crossroads. It was restored during the reign of Louis XIII. The walls carry engraved inscriptions dating from the 17th century. These mainly evoke the damage suffered by the church because of the Protestants in 1567 as well as its restoration in 1613, all these inscriptions being attributed to the priest Olivier Siret. One of the registrations dates from 1598 and another from 1615.
